We began our week long celebration of Annabella's first birthday!! I say this because her party isn't until Saturday....but of course we had to celebrate on her actual birthday too. Here she is with one of her new favorite toys from Grandma. She has been walking this all over the house! She is actually able to walk on her own now too!!! It's very exciting! She takes about 10 steps at a time now before heading back down to a crawling position. She's doing GREAT!
Annabella LOVES to look at books. Her big brother Bryce reads to her a lot these days and that has helped her to love books.
And of course, she loves birthday cake! Who doesn't, right??? I'm sure she'll be excited that she gets ANOTHER cake on Saturday. :-)
Wow, look at all these presents!! She loved tearing into the wrapping paper to see what goodies were there for her.
And no birthday is complete without a little wrestle-time with big brothers!
We are just so blessed to have Annabella home with us. It's hard to believe that just a few short months ago I was meeting my daughter for the first time in Taiwan! The wait for her to come home was so painful but the joy and happiness that she has added to our lives is indescribable. She's simply amazing...perfect! Happy 1st birthday to our baby girl.

Oh Happy Happy Birthday Annabella!! You know I saw this post and thought I had commented but it doesn't look like I have. Casey, what a thrill to celebrate Annabella's first birthday!!!
